Breakfast: Quinoa Flakes cereal w/Almond milk, organic canned pumpkin, cinnamon, apples.
Snack: Medical food w/ice, stevia, vanilla extract
Lunch: roasted veggies, vegetarian chilli
Snack: walnuts and apricots
Dinner: Hummus w/grilled asparagus, broccoli, home bakes sweet potato fries
Snack: cup of blue berries
Breakfast: medical food w/ground flax seed, frozen berries
Snack: vegetable hashbrowns
Lunch: homemade falafels, “baked” not fried
Snack: medical food w/avocado and blueberries
Dinner: Large Spinach salad, olive oil, Great Northern beans
Snack: Decaf Chai Latte Tea, w/extra cinnamon, ½ cup Organic Apple Sauce
